1 Kgs Boneless Lamb (very thin and flat)
Granite stone (slab and unpolished)
For Marination –
1 Tbsp Raw Papaya paste
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp Green Paste (Mint-Green Chilli – Coriander)
1 Tbsp – Lemon Juice
½ Tsp Kabab Chini & Pathar Ka Phool Powder
1 Tsp – Caraway Seeds (Shahzeera)
1 Tsp Red chili powder
¼ Tsp Turmeric powder
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Gram Masala
Black Pepper powder
2-3 Tsp Ghee
Serve with Onion Rings, Mint & Coriander Leaves, Lemon Wedges and Rumali Roti
