2) KALGUKSU
00:23 – Myeongdong Kyoja
Handmade, knife-cut wheat flour noodle soup! This famous restaurant has been awarded the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years. Even though the noodles looks simple, there’s something about the chewy noodles and light, tasty broth that really hits home.
3) SEAFOOD STEW
00:27 – Busanjib
This bubbling hot, hearty stew is made with extra soft tofu (sundubu or soondubu), seafood, and just the right amount of spice! And, IT’S HALAL. (Good news to all the Muslim folk out there!)
4) ARMY STEW
00:39 – Nolboo Budae Jjigae
A world-famous hotpot mix of kimchi, ramen, spicy sausage, spam, cheese, dumplings and rice cakes. The only kind of army we’d all prefer. Army stew is practically a staple in Korean food culture, and super addictive especially when it comes in Nolboo’s buffet-style concept. Like hello, it’s a BUFFET!
